We offer a variety of communities for students and want you to find your place to call home! Whether you are looking for richer connections with faculty, specific academic or entrepreneurial opportunities, support for social, academic, or career development, or more ways to get involved on campus, we want to help you find the place where you belong.

The First-Year Experience Program creates a living-learning community that supports the successful transition of new students to the Georgia Tech culture. Program components challenge and supports students in their personal, academic, and leadership development.

The Second-Year Experience Program is a self-selected living option offered by Housing and Residence Life. Our purpose is to help second year residents access the services and resources that are relevant to their current needs.

Each Georgia Tech Learning Community is an integrated experience that promotes interactions between faculty and students, fosters collaboration among students, enhances campus and civic engagement, and eases both the academic and social transition to college.

Georgia Tech Housing offers a residential option in which two or more students choose to live in a multiple-occupancy traditional, suite, or apartment style space. It is offered to every student regardless of class status, gender, or sexual orientation.
